Need to make membership changes? Not a problem.
With the My Membership Portal, you can:
- Update your billing and contact information
- Freeze or Cancel your membership
(Parents, if you are making membership changes on behalf of your child, please enter their information into the form.)
Important Notes
- You must submit your request to stop your next month's billing by the 25th of the month. All Monthly Auto Memberships bills on the 1st of the month.
- Freezes for Auto Monthly Memberships must be in 1 month increments, starting on the 1st of the month. We do not honor freezes mid-month. Requests for shorter time will be changed to 1 full month.
- Freezes for Paid in Full Memberships must be in 1 month increments. Mid-month freezes with automatically be changed to 1 month (not end of the month). Freeze in person for other dates.
