Team BRC Assistant Coach

We are collecting resumes for the following position.

Team BRC Assistant Coach is an hourly youth coaching position responsible for implementing training curriculum during weekday afternoon/evening practices Mondays-Fridays, and coach at competitions on the weekends throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain team safety standards throughout practices
• Implement practice curriculum as outlined by Head Coach
• Maintain coaching credentials throughout the year
• Coach at qualifying competition and regional championship events
• Attend regular coaches meetings
• Report to Head Coach

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

• Liaison between team kids and gym members
• Maintain safe environment in the gym, including occasional correction of adult and child member safety skills
• Situation awareness regarding use of gym space and overcrowding

Work and Compensation:

• Expected to work most practices and qualifying event competitions
• Up to 13 hours a week of practice, and the seasonal weekend at competitions throughout the year.
• Hourly pay starts at $20/hr, increases with experience
