Team MOTIVATE w/ Chris Wall

Mentorship, Optimized Tactics & Instruction – Versatile Athletic Training for Everyone.

Whether you’re flying solo on the autobelays, pulling on boulders, or just starting your lead/tope rope climbing journey, Chris is here to teach you how to start training for climbing at your pace. This course is designed to unite a Team of climbers with the goals of learning how to identify weaknesses, structure a plan, and push the boundaries of your current limitations.
During this course you will learn:

  • The 6 fundamental body positions
  • Keys to precise footwork
  • Using your body’s structure to your advantage
  • Tactics for success on and off the wall
  • Fundamental climbing training principles
  • Climbing harder with less effort

Women’s Climbing Team & Adult Training Group: w/ Coach Mike A.

This group training program is a progressive climbing fitness conditioning course with an emphasis on the technical and mental aspects of sport climbing. Adult team programs like this will help you build stronger fundamentals and teach you the physical and mental skills that you need in order to advance your climbing. 

Women’s Climbing Team Courses include:

  • Targeting of climber’s goals
  • Bouldering and route circuit training
  • Climbing specific strength and power training
  • Intermediate to advanced technique instruction and coaching
  • Mental Tactics for Increasing Performance on lead

Train Smart/Climb Harder: w/ Peter Beal

This group climbing training program is an in depth training program utilizing periodized progressive climbing conditioning as well as climbing specific cross training. This course will help you understand and implement a training plan from warm-up to cool down that is specific to and your needs as a climber. Email Peter here
