Yoga

Yoga and Fitness classes are currently limited to 6 participants.

Enjoy our yoga, designed and taught by climbers for climbers. We have mats, straps and blocks for use during the class.  Each class is a hour in length. Class signup is in person at the front desk starting 20 minutes before class.

Mondays 7:30-8:30pm: Danny B.

Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm: Bailee M.

Saturdays 8:30-9:30am: Dan M.
