Group Fitness Classes

Yoga and Fitness classes are currently postponed during COVID-19.

For our members, we offer free fitness and yoga classes!  Sign up for all free classes begins 20 minutes prior to the class start time.  All classes are first come, first serve and you must be here in person to sign up (sorry, can’t sign in for your friend!).  Space is limited!

Cry In The Dojo:


Mondays 12-1pm w/ Coach Blanche

Wednesdays 12 – 1pm w/ Coach CWall

This cross training series is designed for the winter and spring training for the mountain athletes. Whether an alpinist, ice climber, back country skier, or show shoe enthusiast, this combination of strength and conditioning will help keep you out in front!

**NEW CLASS** FUNctional Fitness Tuesdays 5:45pm-6:45pm w/ Coach Blanche! 

This new co-ed class is replacing our Women’s Only Cry in The Dojo. This will be a very accessible circuit training class, emphasizing exercise technique, cardio, and FUN!

Ski Conditioning for Greatness And Sustained Performance

Thursdays 5:45-6:45 w/ Coach Lucinda

This cardio driven experience is for the outdoor athlete that wants to bag the peak in style, get to the base ready to rumble, and get to the summit first! Bring some water and your A Game!
