New Personal Training Packages with Chris Wall

At BRC, we are here to help you achieve your indoor and outdoor climbing goals.  Head trainer and coach, Chris Wall, has developed new training packages for climbers to start your New Year goal tracking off right!

The Whole Training Package: 8 weeks: $695

The Whole Training Package is a comprehensive 2-month individualized training program. Participants will have their fitness and technical ability evaluated in order to correctly design and implement the best custom training program for them. Participants will receive:

  • Pre-Evaluation training session
    • Hands on preparation for your Technical Fitness Evaluation
  • Technical Fitness Evaluation (see below for details)
  • Body Composition Assessment (see below for details)
  • Seven Personal Training Sessions with Chris to implement your training program
  • Custom Workouts to complete on your own each week
  • Post-Training Technical Fitness Evaluation to assess the results of your training program

The Startup Training Package: 4 weeks: $375

The Startup Training Package is a 4-week individualized testing and training program to help participants started towards their training goals. Participants receive:

  • Pre-Evaluation training session
    • Hands on preparation for your Technical Fitness Evaluation
  • Technical Fitness Evaluation (see below for details)
  • Body Composition Assessment (see below for details)
  • Three Personal Training Sessions with Chris to implement your training program
  • Custom workouts to complete on your own each week

Technical Fitness Evaluation: 1 session (2 hours) $145

This is a comprehensive evaluation of fitness and technical ability. Through this assessment you will learn information necessary to create a training program, including:

  • Body Composition Assessment
  • Strength and Endurance Testing
  • Technical Movement Evaluation
  • Assessment of muscle imbalances

Body Composition Assessment: $30

This assessment will utilize body composition and anthropometric measurements in order to help determine your current muscle mass and body fat in order to objectively track changes during training and/or when implementing changes to your diet. This assessment includes:

  • Body composition measurement
  • Anthropometric Circumference Measurements

More Training Packages:

These packages are for clients wanting longer term training and coaching. This is a must for athletes who are looking to maximize the benefits of having and coach and trainer.

*Clients must complete either The Whole Training Package or The Startup Package with Technical Fitness Evaluation

4 session: $330

8 sessions: $620
