Adult Training Programs

Has your climbing hit a plateau?  Group training programs rapidly advance your fitness level and climbing skills while under the care and specialty of our trainers.  Measure your progress alongside other like-minded athletes and climbers under the direction of Chris Wall, Boulder Rock Club’s head coach and trainer.



Enjoy our yoga, designed and taught by climbers for climbers.  These classes are FREE for members!  We have mats, straps and blocks for use during the class.  Each class is a hour in length. Class signup is in person at the front desk starting 20 minutes before class.


Personal Training

We are here to help you achieve your indoor and outdoor climbing goals. Based on your objectives, we tailor a program to capitalize on your strengths and to fully address your weaknesses so that we can turn your goals into accomplishments. Through continuous evaluation, your training will take on a whole new scope.
