Day Pass Reservations (Weekends Only)

Step 1 – Reserve A Climbing Time Slot

We are offering 90-minute sessions (by purchasing a ‘Day Pass’) and have 15 scheduled minute gaps between reservations to clean/ready the space for the next session. Please arrive on time and leave on time.

  • No walk-ins allowed.  All individuals within the BRC must have a reservation and purchase a day pass. No unpaid spectators or visitors.
  • Reservations can be made up to one week in advance, FOR WEEKENDS ONLY.  We will open this up more as restrictions are lifted and we have enough spots to go around.
  • Reservations can be made for up to 4 people per climbing party.  Due to limitations in number of people allowed in the facility ONLY paid participants are allowed in the facility.
  • We do not have a waiting area available for spectators.
  • You will make a reservation for a specific room of the BRC. Due to restrictions, you will NOT have access to the entire facility.
  • Here is a description of what is featured in each room of the BRC:
    • Main Room Only – Access to front room of the BRC, including small bouldering cave, inside and outside, mezzanine (good for kids and beginners). Auto Belays
    • Expansion Room Only – Access to the back room of the BRC, including the Arena bouldering area, moonboard / campus boards, the “Birthday Slab” (good for kids and beginners) and of course, the slide. Auto Belays

Step 2 – Purchase Your Day Passes Online

To help social distancing within our lobby and optimize your climbing time, please purchase your day passes BEFORE you arrive.  If you have never climbed before or been to the BRC, please let us know by answering the questions in your purchase.  We will have all rental equipment prepared and a staff member ready to give you an orientation for our facility.

Health and Safety

The following health and safety precautions must be adhered to:

  • Persons with any of the following symptoms are not allowed to enter the facility: fever, cough, chills, headache, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell.
  • Persons who have had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the last 14 days are not allowed to enter the facility.
  • We ask that everyone wear a face mask that covers both their nose and mouth upon entering the facility and keep it on until they exit the facility.
    • Face masks can be purchased for $5.00.
  • All participants should follow proper hand hygiene by washing their hands upon and throughout their visit. We will have hand sanitizer stations available throughout the facility.
  • We ask that you stay at least six feet away from others as much as possible, including on the climbing wall. We have “zones” outlined on the floor to help with social distancing. “Keep an empty zone between you and other climbing parties”. Mind the Gap!
  • We have a Mask Free Zone (or love grotto) area outside for mask free breaks. You must maintain social distancing in the grotto.
  • You must be responsible for your own personal health. Just like the rest of the world, we can not keep viruses, bacteria, or even beta-sprayers out of the gym. Climb at your own risk

Cancellations

Need to move a reservation?  Email us at frontdesk@boulderrockclub.com with what time you want to reschedule.

Please note:  There are no refunds for day pass/rental gear purchases.

Should I Buy A Membership or Punch Pass instead?

Sure!  It does give you less restrictions on when you can book, but it also depends on how often you plan to climb at BRC!

When to buy a membership?  Memberships options should be considered when you are attending the gym at least once a week.  To see membership options, visit http://www.boulderrockclub.com/about-brc/rates.

When to buy a punch card?  Punch cards are great for those who want to visit the gym occasionally but not frequently enough for a membership. You’ll save at least 10% per visit for ten visits!

Please note that memberships and punch cards do not include rental equipment.
