BRC Reservations Required At All Times – Level Red Restrictions

Boulder County is moving to Level Red – Severe Risk on their COVID-19 Status Dial starting Friday, November 20th at 5pm.  This newsletter is to update our members and customers on what new restrictions we must face to climb in this new normal.

Reservations for all rooms begins at 4pm tomorrow.

New Reservation Policies

Reservations will be separated by room, which includes:
Main Room: Limit 15 People
Expansion Room: Limit 15 People
Weight Room: Limit 6 People
3rd Floor Workout Area: Limit 6 People

Reservations will be 1 hour and 45 minutes long with a 15 minute gap in between reservations.

Reservations can  be made 72 hours in advance.
2 people max per reservation, 3 reservations per week.

There is a 30 minute cancellation window. If you do not arrive (or call to let us know) in 30 mins, your reservation will be cancelled.  After 30 mins into a time slot, you may call the Front Desk to see if there is availability.

You may not book back-to-back climbing reservations in advanced.
However, you MAY book a Weight Room or 3rd Floor Workout Area reservation before or after your climbing session to complete your workout in advanced.

Who Can Climb and When?

n order to prioritize climbing to our members, the following time slots are reserved for MEMBERS ONLY:

Monday -Friday

BRC is still allowing day passes at this time for all other time slots.

BRC is temporarily suspending First Timer Guest Passes.

Safer at Home Level Orange (High Risk)

As you might have heard, Boulder County has moved to Safer at Home-Level Orange (High Risk). Here’s what that means for us, starting Friday, November 6th:

-BRC is already operating below the County’s occupancy restrictions to promote social distancing. We will remain at our current limited occupancy at all times. Our Capacity Counter is available on Facebook and the front page of our website.
-All youth programming is suspended per further notice (until numbers approve per the Order).
-Reservations still required during peak hours (4:30-8:30pm)
