Group Fitness Classes
For our members, we offer free fitness and yoga classes! Sign up for all free classes begins 20 minutes prior to the class start time. All classes are first come, first serve and you must be here in person to sign up (sorry, can’t sign in for your friend!). Space is limited!
Cry In The Dojo:
Mondays 12-1pm w/ Coach CWall (Perpetual Motion Class)
Tuesdays 5:45-6:45pm w/ Coach Maggie
Thursdays 5:45-6:45pm w/ Coach Maggie (until 1st week of October)
Wednesdays 12 – 1pm w/ Coach CWall
This cross training series is designed for the winter and spring training for the mountain athletes. Whether an alpinist, ice climber, back country skier, or show shoe enthusiast, this combination of strength and conditioning will help keep you out in front and get you home before dark.
G.A.S.P. : (Greatness And Sustained Performance)
Thursdays 5:45-6:45 w/ Coach Lucinda
This cardio driven experience is for the outdoor athlete that wants to bag the peak in style, get to the base ready to rumble, and get to the summit first! Bring some water and your A Game!
Rock Solid Core: w/ Coach Joslynn
An hour-long, non-dynamic, non-circuit, multi exercise, endurance-based workout focusing on stability of the trunk and core. A mixture of intense workout and “put me back together” fitness, this class is not to be missed.
Core Master: w/ Coach Brent
Doctor of Chiropractic, Brent Apgar is a life-long strength athlete, and he wants to teach you about the science and precision of core training. Bridging the gap between fitness and rehabilitation, this class is for EVERYONE that wants their athletic potential to last a lifetime. This class will challenge both your body and mind!
